(i) that the retailer may disclose to any credit provider mentioned in a credit information concerning the buyer information about the creditworthiness and credit history of the buyer; (b) The Retailer may use any amount paid by the Buyer or Guarantor or otherwise credited by the Buyer or Guarantor for or for another obligation of the Buyer or Guarantor under an Agreement, as the Retailer may determine at its own discretion. (a) the buyer fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement or any provision of another agreement between the Retailer and the Buyer; or any credit agreement is in full force and effective and constitutes a valid and binding obligation of CIT, subject to bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other similar laws, which are in force now or below with respect to the law of creditors in general and the application of the principles of equity and other parties in accordance with its terms and conditions. . . .
